Tennessee to shuffle starting lineup Saturday
With multiple injuries and a pair of suspensions, Tennessee will shuffle its starting lineup for Saturday's homecoming game against Louisiana-Lafayette.
J.T. Mapu will start at left defensive tackle in place of Demonte Bolden, whom coach Phillip Fulmer suspended yesterday for violating team rules. Reserve tailback LaMarcus Coker also was suspended for a team rules violation, but Fulmer said tailbacks Montario Hardesty and Lennon Creer should be healthy enough to back up Arian Foster, even though they suffered minor injuries last week.
Chris Scott is expected to shift from right offensive guard to replace Eric Young at left tackle. Young had surgery Sunday to repair a ruptured tendon in his left knee and likely will miss the rest of the season. Jacques McClendon will replace Scott at right guard.
Louisiana-Lafayette has a record of 1-7.
